i found the staff helpful, particularly khalil. he really looked after my boyfriend and me during our entire stay. he helped us navigate the area.

the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room. it took multiple requests to reception over several days for it to finally get fixed.

I found plenty to eat every day. the pools are amazing, especially the foam and champagne pool party twice in one week. Very nice.

the exterior was arranged with good conditions. i noticed the free gardens, the pool. the tennis, football, and volleyball courts. activities seemed pleasant.

The staff was marvellous! everyone was very attentive. i thought the manager was particularly approachable and accessible. He communicated well with me and other clients.

The water park is excellent. I saw new bikes available for quad rides. plenty of sun beds were available for everyone. the disco had a fantastic entertainment team. That was great.

The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. the shower included plenty of hot water, that was very useful. I liked the mini fridge, it was a bonus for water
